Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on a business day will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Damaged Packages

We also offer a Click & Collect service for added convenience.
Once you have finished shopping, simply select the Pickup Point delivery option at checkout. You can then enter your address or select "Use My Location" to view a list of available collection points nearby. Choose the location that suits you best, and we'll send your order there for collection.
You'll receive a notification when your parcel is ready to collect, along with any collection instructions if required.
Store Collection
We also offer Store Collection from our store.
Simply select the Store Pickup option at checkout, and we'll prepare your order for collection.
We aim to have all Store Pickup orders ready within 2 hours during our business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
