W5W Bulbs

W5W bulbs, commonly referred to by their UK trade designation as 501 bulbs or T10 wedge bulbs, are compact, capless auxiliary lamps frequently utilised in vehicles. They function within a 12V - 24V electrical system and generally consume 5W of power in their standard halogen configuration.

These multifunctional wedge-base bulbs are compatible with nearly all vehicle brands and serve various purposes. They can be used for exterior front sidelights bulbs and parking light bulbs, side indicator bulbs, high Level brake light bulbs registration plate bulbs, and number plate bulbs. For LED lights for the interior of the car, they are commonly used for sun visor lights, car boot lights, puddle lamp bulbs, car welcome lights, dome lights, glove box lights, map reading lamps and courtesy light bulbs.
