Refunds & returns

We make every effort to ensure all our products are well packaged when dispatched to you. We understand that sometimes you may wish to return for a refund or exchange. Not a problem, as long as the item is in the same original condition then you have up to 30 days to return your item back to us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns they must be returned to us with the original packaging and condition as received. If an item has been damaged and without original packaging then we will not be able to provide you with a refund. All items returned to us are inspected upon return by our team.

Received a faulty or damaged product?

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and we are here to help. Please do not return a faulty or damaged product unless advised to do so by one of our team members. Firstly we will need some details from you to ascertain the next steps to take. Please send us; 

·         Your full name and email

·         Your order number

·         The item in question details

·         Clear photos of the damage or fault

A team member will then review the information and provide you with a resolution. If we require the item returning to us then we will provide you with simple to follow postage options to completely streamline the process.
